Refunds and returns

Please be aware that we are not required to issue you a refund if you change your mind. This is applicable to all items sold in store or through our online store.

Fresh produce

We only sell and deliver the freshest products possible, and we guarantee that your order will arrive to you in excellent condition.  Once we have delivered to your door, the responsibility for the goods is transferred to you - and we cannot be held liable for goods that spoil after delivery.  We strongly advise that you refrigerate or freeze your order immediately to maintain best freshness.

If, for some reason, the goods you have ordered does not live up to your expectations, please let us know straight away via the contact page on the website, via phone call, or email.  We want our customers to be delighted with our products!  We will, at our discretion, replace the goods or refund your money.

If, in the unlikely event that your goods are delivered defective (stale, or rotting, or the like) please call us immediately and let us know what the issue is. We'll endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you are picking up your order from our store-front, your order must be picked up within 48 hours of the order being placed.  As per our policy for selling only the freshest, highest quality produce, we will need to dispose of any unclaimed goods after 48 hours. We cannot give refunds in this instance.

Non perishables

Our Local Crop members supply their goods to us to stock in store, and each member is bound by applicable laws and regulations for the goods that they produce. If for some reason your purchase does not meet the required standards, we will, at our discretion, replace the product or refund you. We will also raise and clarify the issue with the appropriate member / producer to ensure that only the highest stards are maintained.

All other items

We adhere to Australian Law regarding a product being sold as advertised, and fit for purpose. If for some reason you are not satisfied that your purchase meets these criteria, we will replace the items/s or refund your purchase price in full.
